DOU Award 2026!

For the third time, DOU plans to find and recognise initiatives and projects that bring victory closer, shape the Ukrainian IT community, and drive Ukraine's technological development. The goal is to showcase the best in Ukrainian IT and inspire the community to create new projects. This is what the DOU Award is for.

How to vote for a project?
  1. Open the DOU Awards website.
  2. Turn on browser translation from Ukrainian to your language.
  3. You need a DOU account. Register in one click using your account. The "Login" button allows you to use your LinkedIn, Google, Github, or Facebook accounts.
  4. Select the category for our project: Best Socially Oriented IT Initiative (ukr: Найкраща соціально орієнтована ІТ-ініціатива). See the example in the screenshot.
  5. Find our project in the carousel: Before-War-After.com - Before and after the start of the war between Russia and Ukraine (ukr: До та після початку війни між Росією та Україною)
  6. Vote by clicking the button: Select!

How will the winners be selected?

The DOU Award will be presented in twelve categories, some of which will be determined by DOU ratings (based on analytics), but the rest of the winners will be selected based on the results of:
Stage 1 (5–25 January 2026): online voting by the DOU IT community (50%)
Stage 2 (1–16 February 2026): evaluation by an expert group (50%). Three to five experts will vote for each nomination.
