Dmytro Podoprigora :: Ukrainian bodybuilding champion killed in mortar attack by Russian troops

Kharkiv bodybuilder Dmytro Podoprigora died under mortar shelling in the Luhansk region in Belogorivka. The winner of the Ukrainian Bodybuilding and Fitness Cup 2021, the Open Cup of Poltava region, a multiple prize-winner of the Ukrainian championships.

In his private life Dmitry Podoprigora was a successful titled sportsman and trainer: Master of Sports of Ukraine in bodybuilding, the winner of the Cup of Ukraine in bodybuilding and fitness 2021, winner of the Open Cup of Poltava region in bodybuilding, bronze medalist of bodybuilding tournament "Equides Sport Festival" of bodybuilding competitions for IFBB-2021 World Championships, bronze medalist of Ukraine Championship in bodybuilding and fitness 2021, bronze medalist of Ukraine Championship in bodybuilding and fitness 2020

Dmytro died on January 19, 2023 as a result of mortar shelling of a position occupied by his unit in Belogorovka village in the Lugansk region.
