On the evening of 9 January, the occupiers launched a terrorist strike on a children's recreation centre in Kharkiv. Fortunately, it was empty. The head of the Kharkiv military administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that the medical building, the canteen building and the territory of the institution were destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
