The Russian plan to occupy the Ukrainian city of Kherson has failed. The Russian occupiers were forced to flee the city to the left bank of the Dnieper River. Despite the pseudo-referendum with allegedly 90% support for the incorporation of Kherson and the region into the Russian Federation, Russian troops are fiercely shelling the city and civilians with all possible artillery. Houses, educational institutions and shops are being shelled. Russian terrorism is only growing, it is impossible to count the number of war crimes committed by the Russian military.
