Dmytro Sinchenko

He saved a wounded man and was killed by a sniper's bullet. Dmytro Sinchenko is a volunteer journalist from Kropyvnytskyi.

He went to fight for Ukraine's independence in the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion, in February 22nd. Before going to the front, he initiated pro-Ukrainian actions, renaming streets with names associated with Russia or the history of the communist movement. He died helping his wounded comrade on the battlefield.
