The Russian Federation continues shelling Ukrainian cities. The occupants are shelling the cities at any time of the day, at maximum concentrations of people, in order to accuse the Ukrainian military of shelling. A large number of Russian citizens are falling for the cheap ploy. Russian occupying forces shelled Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region on the afternoon of 13 December. The Russians hit an industrial zone and the building of the Institute of Technology and Management. There have been no casualties so far, but the exact impact is still being ascertained.
