A Russian missile hit a museum building in the Ukrainian town of Kupyansk in Kharkiv region. As a result, one person was killed and ten were injured. The explosion in Kupyansk was part of a series of heavy shelling of Ukrainian territories as Ukraine prepares for an offensive.
The Russian military used S-300 air defence missiles to attack, hitting the local history museum in the city centre.
