2007 - graduated from the Department of Military Training of the National Defence University, received the rank of reserve officer.

12 August 2015 - mobilised for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of the 122nd Battalion of the 81st Brigade, call sign "Ganz". His position was the commander of the 2nd platoon of the 2nd company, company commander - Bohdan Taranin.

From December 2015 to March 2016, he was attached to the IPSO to work with the Ministry of Information Policy. There, he processed electronic warfare systems that were transferred from the United States.

From March 2016 to 16 June 2016, he served at a combat position in Novhorodske near Horlivka, formerly known as New York.
From 17 June to 22 October 2016, he served at positions in the industrial zone of Avdiivka.

On 30 October 2016, he was demobilised.

On 5 June 2022, he was seriously wounded in the head and eye.
