Biography

Before the full-scale war, he worked as a project manager and was a member of public initiatives. Participant of Euromaidan, active participant of the initiative "Who ordered Katya Handziuk", organiser of actions in support of Serhiy Sternenko. He worked for the Serhiy Prytula Foundation. In April 2022, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine as an aerial reconnaissance officer.

On 29 March 2024, Petrychenko's petition to restrict the operation of online casinos on the website of the President's Office received more than 26,000 votes out of the 25,000 required for consideration in less than a day.

He died during the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 15 April 2024.
