Russian troops launched a rocket attack on the city of Sloviansk in Donetsk region, killing 11 people and injuring 21 others of varying severity. According to preliminary data, as stated by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, the Russians struck Sloviansk with S-300 missiles, damaging five high-rise buildings, five private houses, a shop, a commercial centre, a club and three cars. The National Police of Ukraine said that rescuers pulled a two-year-old child from the rubble of one of the buildings, who died in an ambulance.
