Russian occupants fired S-300 type missiles at Kharkiv in the morning from the territory of the Russian Federation's Belgorod Region, the Prosecutor General's Office said.

According to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, one of the Russian missiles hit a five-storey university building and caused serious damage, while another one flew into an area near a residential building.
