School 66 in Mariupol

The first Ukrainian-language school in Mariupol was destroyed by Russian occupation troops.

School No. 66 was opened in 1990. It became the first Ukrainian-language school in the city. From the very beginning, this institution was one of the most progressive, foreign languages were studied in depth

In 2018, major repairs were carried out here and new equipment was purchased. The most modern approaches were used to educate children. "There was a Strategy for the development of the school until 2026. But on 24 February it had to be closed. On 10 March, the Russians dropped an aerial bomb on the institution.
