Use of banned weapons by Russian terrorists in Ukraine.

Since 24 February, the Russian occupiers have been using weapons prohibited by the Geneva Convention against defenders of Ukraine and civilians.

Russia continues to use weapons banned by international conventions, including cluster and phosphorus weapons. Phosphorus and cluster munitions are particularly dangerous and inhumane weapons prohibited by international conventions. Consequently, Russia is blatantly violating the laws and customs of war by using them in an attempt to destroy as many Ukrainian civilians as possible.
There have also been recorded cases of the use of the thermobaric reactive flamethrower system Solntepek. This system is used only by Russian fighters. Destruction is caused by a high temperature field, shrapnel, shockwave and overpressure created by the massive use of unguided thermobaric and smoke-igniting rockets.
