At the end of the nineteenth century, in the northern part of the Bazarna Square in Orikhiv, a merchant Parfenov built a covered shopping arcade at his own expense, which became known as the Torgovi Rody. In terms of style, the building was an example of the use of classicist traditions, and in terms of architecture, it was a late historicist building. The building was being prepared for restoration. In 2016, the Scientific Research Institute of Monument Protection Research of Kyiv carried out a scientific and technological survey of the building. The House of Trade Rows was a vivid example of the architecture of a commercial establishment from the heyday of the provincial city, and the plastic decoration of the late nineteenth-century facades was an example of pseudo-classical decor of the Historicist period.
