For the fourth day now, Kherson has been flooded with water after the occupants blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. Thousands of people have become hostages of their homes in the environmental disaster. Meanwhile, the Russian Federation continues to shell land and evacuation sites. 

More than 17,000 people need to be evacuated in Ukraine-controlled territory, and Ukrainian authorities have already started evacuating them. In addition, about 25,000 of our people need to be evacuated in non-government-controlled territory, which the so-called occupation "authorities" do not think about at all.
