Russians launched a missile attack on a cafe in Kramatorsk. The Russian missile attack killed 11 people and injured 60. Among the dead were two girls aged 14 and 16, sisters. The crowded pizzeria in the centre of the city seemed to the Russian terrorists to be an excellent object to remind them of their "right to kill" by the right of the "superior race". It is virtually impossible to assume "hit and miss" here.
There was nothing "military" at all around the pizza parlour. Putin's media are no longer making excuses, but are openly triumphant and gloating.

Russian racism is no different from any other racism. It grants an indulgence for any crime committed "for the glory of the race". It also automatically relegates all other people to the "second class", which can and should be mocked. Putin has skilfully fuelled Russian racism and made it the main emotional engine of this war.

Hence, the vile confidence of Russian pilots and missile launchers in their "right" to "destroy" Ukrainian theatres and maternity hospitals, residential areas and cities.
