On the evening of 21 October, the Russians attacked the terminal of "Novaya Posta" in the village of Korotich in Kharkiv region with missiles. At least six dead and 14 wounded are reported.

Novaya Posta's innovative terminal in Kharkiv became the company's fourth innovative terminal and the first in eastern Ukraine. The terminal was named HAI (Kharkiv. Automation. Innovation). It occupies an area of more than 19 thousand square metres. Like other innovative terminals of Novaya Posta, it is equipped with automated equipment of the Dutch company Vanderlande. It is capable of processing 8.5 thousand parcels per hour. The total capacity of the terminal is up to 20 thousand parcels per hour.
