On 23 November, the Russian occupants launched a massive missile attack on the territory of Ukraine. Both critical infrastructure and residential buildings were hit. The missiles fell all over the country. In the photos attached to this article, the missile strike struck one of Kyiv's districts. There were fatalities. The Russian missiles hit the critical infrastructure of the country and there is a real threat of a total blackout across the country. Having failed on the battlefield, Russia continues to force Ukraine to the negotiating table using terrorist methods.
