On 23 November, Russian occupants launched a massive rocket attack on Ukrainian territory. The strikes targeted both critical infrastructure and residential buildings. Russian cruise missiles struck five-storey buildings in the city of Vyshgorod, Kiev Region. More than 20 people were injured and seven people are known to have died. There was also a school near the site of the shelling, which sustained damage. Russian terrorists are openly claiming their guilt and involvement in the shelling, justifying their actions by forcing Ukraine to come to the negotiating table. Ukraine, like any civilized country, has refused to negotiate. Ukraine's position is simple: there is no negotiating with terrorists.
