Russia continues to terrorise Ukrainians. On 17 October, Monday morning, a number of Iranian strike drones breached Kiev's territory. Some of them managed to shoot down, but one of them reached its target. The target, set by the Russians, turned out to be a residential high-rise building in the central district of the capital. One casualty is known. Rescuers are working and pulling people out from under the rubble. Iran (a state that sponsors terrorism) helps Russia with arms. Accordingly, the Russian Federation can be considered, at the very least, an accomplice to terrorism.
