On Sunday morning there was an explosion in the city administration building. There was damage to the building and 2 people were injured. The photos from the scene suggest that it was not a shelling, as there are no craters and no traces of mines and missiles. The occupants could have booby-trapped the vehicles in the car park nearby. Russia continues to terrorise the local population with such methods.
