Buildings, structures, objects before and after the start of the war

Bogorodichne, a village in Donetsk Region in eastern Ukraine, was attacked by Russian forces in June and came under occupation in August. In September, Ukrainian forces liberated the village. 

Russian occupants terrorize the civilian population of Kherson every day with mortar attacks. It is not military targets that are hit by Russian mines, but hospitals, schools and other civilian infrastructure.

Since the invasion began in February 2022, Russia has been fiercely shelling the city as it was an important strategic target. They managed to capture the city while killing tens of thousands of Ukrainians.

For more than 240 days from May 2014 until January 2015, Ukrainian troops at Donetsk Airport defended their native land from the Russian invasion. The pro-Russian forces completely destroyed the airport while suffering huge losses.
 

Russian invaders destroyed the town during an assault on Popasna (Luhansk region). The local collaborators decided that they would not rebuild it, so the town remains in ruins.

The European Parliament has decided to establish a tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine. This document was voted in favor by 472 deputies, 19 against, and 33 European politicians abstained.

The town of Bakhmut is an important strategic point on the map of hostilities. Russia is wiping the town off the map with daily shelling. 

A missile launched from a Tu-95 carrier rocket from Russian territory has hit a residential building in Dnipro. An entire block of flats was destroyed.

Russian terrorists have been tasked with seizing the town. Russia has employed desperate tactics of total destruction and the movement of huge numbers of manpower.
 

After heavy losses of Russian personnel in Makiivka, Russian troops hit a humanitarian warehouse in Druzhkivka. The warehouse was located at the ice arena.
