The UAV hit damaged the 26th floor of the building, causing a fire. 

Late at night, Russian (Iranian) kamikaze drones struck a dormitory and a lyceum in the town of Rzhyshchiv. The strike killed 9 people.

Biden's visit to Kiev shows how much the West's resolve to support Ukraine has grown. The US remains the guarantor of Europe's security.

The European Parliament has decided to establish a tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine. This document was voted in favor by 472 deputies, 19 against, and 33 European politicians abstained.

Russian occupants in another massive missile strike on 23 November completely destroyed two five-storey buildings in Vyshgorod, Kiev Region. The Russian authorities openly declare their involvement in these actions.
 

Russia continues shelling Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Major cities are cutting power to make repairs as quickly as possible.

Russia continues to terrorize Ukraine. More than 40% of Ukraine's energy infrastructure has been damaged by missile attacks.  

Monday morning started with an air-raid alert for Kiev residents. An Iranian Shahad UAV struck a residential house.
